Evo and Caterina from Magill approached Creative Outdoors with their need of creating 2 leisure spaces for different purposes.

Before the supply and installation of 3 x Colorbond attached Verandahs to their Magill Home, various 3D concept drawings were created. Upon acceptance the project commenced. Beginning with replacing a window with new French doors, these opened onto their Australian Jarrah Hardwood deck, complete with no visible fixings. Having a deck with no nails and no screws was a benefit as that meant low maintenance for Evo and Caterina in addition to the seamless appearance.

In addition to this Jarrah deck alfresco area partitioning off their existing shed, and neighbours was matching Jarrah screens.

Attached to on the other side of the house showcased a 75mtr sq. Gable Verandah. This large area was for entertaining and was complete with a water feature to be seen from inside their Magill home. These 3 Colorbond Verandah and Pergola Enteraining Areas, with new warm decking and privacy screens has increased the value of their Magill home.
